摘  要:介绍了一种表面肌电信号采集设备的电路设计,通过表面电极采集表面肌电信号,电路将微弱信号进行采集、放大、滤波等处理,处理的模拟电压信号进行模拟数字转换(Analog-to-DigitalConverter,ADC),经过控制器算法处理,将有用数据对设备进行反馈控制。根据表面肌电信号的幅值小、频率低等特点,设计主要电路包括前端信号处理电路、增益可调放大电路、截止频率可调滤波电路。表面肌电信号采集设备的电路设计具有抗干扰能力强,频率可调、增益可调、采集精度高等特点。This article introduces the circuit design of a surface electromyography(SEMG)signal acquisition device.The device collects SEMG signals through surface electrodes,and the circuit processes the weak signals by acquisi-tion,amplification,filtering,and other processing.The processed analog voltage signals conducts Analog-to-Digital Converter(ADC)and processed by a controller algorithm to provide feedback control for the device based on useful data.According to the characteristics of small amplitude and low frequency of SEMG signals,the main cir-cuit design includes a front-end signal processing circuit,a gain-adjustable amplification circuit,and a cutoff frequency-adjustable filtering circuit.The circuit design of SEMG signal acquisition device has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability,adjustable frequency,adjustable gain,and high acquisition accuracy.
