摘 要:射孔完井是中国海上油气田最常使用的完井方式,作为开发的“临门一脚”,射孔作业的成功与否非常关键,校深定位是射孔作业的关键一环。海上油气田主要采用丛式井开发,大斜度井是海上油气田开发的主要井型,靠仪器和电缆自重进行校深定位的常规方式无法满足大斜度井射孔作业要求。近年来,通过海上大斜度井完井作业实践,探索出了一套适合大斜度井射孔的校深定位技术。介绍了泵送电缆校深、随钻校深和模拟射孔管柱校深3种大斜度井校深技术的特点与应用实例。3种技术现场应用效果良好,解决了大斜度井的射孔校深难题,实现了安全施工、精确射孔的目标,为后续油气田开发提供了借鉴。Perforation completion is the most commonly used completion method for offshore oil and gas fields.As a crucial step in development,the success of perforation operations is crucial,and depth correction and positioning is a crucial component of perforation operations.Offshore oil and gas fields are mainly developed using cluster wells,and highly-deviated wells are the main well type.The conventional method of depth correction based on the weight of instruments and cables cannot meet the requirements of highly-deviated well perforation operations.A set of depth correction and positioning technologies suitable for perforation in highly-deviated wells has been ex-plored through the practice of offshore well completion operations in recent years.This article introduces the char-acteristics and application examples of three highly-deviated well depth correction technologies:pumping cable depth correction,depth correction while drilling,and simulated perforation string depth correction.The three tech-nologies have achieved good on-site application effects,solving the problem of perforation depth correction in highly-deviated wells,achieving the goals of safe construction and accurate perforation,and providing reference for subsequent oil and gas field development.
