摘　　要：第二产程延长与产妇和新生儿并发症增加有密切关系。然而,在临床预测与第二产程延长相关的因素比较困难。国内外学者分别对产前超声和第二产程延长进行了深度的探讨与研究,极大促进了医学的发展,然而,目前对于产前超声与第二产程时长相关性的研究较少,因此,产前经腹联合经会阴超声对胎儿进行检查,了解与第二产程延长相关的风险因素,有助于临床医生制定适当的治疗策略并且及时做出诊断,减少不良预后的发生率。本文对第二产程延长的相关因素进行综述。At present,domestic and foreign scholars have conducted in-depth discussions and studies on prenatal ultrasound and the duration of the second stage of labor respectively,which greatly promoted the development of medicine.Studies have found that prolonged second labor is strongly associated with increased maternal and neonatal complications;however,predicting the risk of prolonged second labor in a clinical setting is difficult.At present,there are few studies on the correlation between prenatal ultrasound and the duration of the second stage of labor.Therefore,prenatal abdominal ultrasonography combined with perineal ultrasonography for fetal examination is necessary to fully understand the risk factors associated with the prolonged second stage of labor and formulate appropriate treatment strategies,which can help clinicians make timely diagnosis and reduce the incidence of adverse prognosis.This article reviews the relationship between prenatal ultrasound parameters and the prolngation of the second stage of labor.
