摘　　要：在高等学校全面推进课程思政建设的大背景下,对于医学类课程,特别是诊断学这门医学核心课程,探索有效的教学方法进行课程思政建设显得尤为迫切。本文初步分析了诊断学课程思政的现状,在理论层面探讨诊断学课程思政教学应具备的3个核心要素,从“课前、课中和课后”3个教学阶段提出可行的实践策略。这种台阶式的思政教学设计更具系统性和可操作性,为诊断学思政教育向更全面、深层次的方向发展提供参考。In the context of advancing comprehensive ideological and political education in higher education institutions,there′s an urgent need to explore effective teaching methods for the ideological and political development of medical courses,particularly in fundamental subjects like diagnostics.This article provides an initial analysis of the current status of ideological and political elements within the diagnostics curriculum.It explores three fundamental elements necessary for integrating ideological and political education into the teaching of diagnostics at a theoretical level.Practical strategies are proposed for the pre-class,in-class,and post-class teaching stages.This three-stage approach to ideological and political education is systematically designed and operationally viable,offering valuable insights for the comprehensive and in-depth advancement of ideological and political education within the diagnostics curriculum.
