摘　　要：目的探讨鼻窦药物支架植入手术治疗嗜酸性慢性鼻窦炎(ECRS)的效果及对患者术后疼痛程度和鼻粘膜功能的影响。方法队列研究。抽取2022年1月至2023年12月西安交通大学附属红会医院收治的ECRS患者86例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。两组均行鼻内镜Merssklinger式手术,对照组采取常规术后处理方案,观察组采取鼻窦药物支架植入手术。两组均于术后1个月评价疗效,并进行比较。比较两组治疗前后疼痛程度及鼻黏膜功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.35%,41/43)高于对照组(79.07%,34/43),P<0.05。治疗1个月后,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组息肉、水肿、鼻漏、瘢痕、结痂评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组鼻黏膜纤毛输送率[(6.14±0.86)mm/min]高于对照组[(5.39±0.51)mm/min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻窦药物支架植入手术治疗ECRS的效果确切,有助于缓解患者术后疼痛,改善鼻黏膜功能。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of sinus medication stent implantation on patients with eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis(ECRS)and its influence on postoperative pain level and nasal mucosal function.Methods A total of 86 patients with ECRS admitted to Honghui Hospital Affiliated to Xi’an Jiaotong University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected for the cohort study.And they were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups underwent endoscopic Merssklinger surgery,while the control group received routine postoperative treatment,and the observation group received sinus medication stent implantation surgery.Both groups underwent efficacy evaluation 1 month after surgery,and the results of the two groups were compared.The preoperative and postoperative pain level and nasal mucosal function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.35%,41/43)was higher than that of the control group(79.07%,34/43),P<0.05.After 1 month of treatment,the visual analogue scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the observation group had lower scores of polyp,edema,rhinorrhea,scar and scab compared with the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,mucociliary transport rate of the observation group was(6.14±0.86)mm/min,higher than the(5.39±0.51)mm/min of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Sinus medication stent implantation surgery has a definite therapeutic effect on ECRS,which is conductive to alleviating postoperative pain and improving nasal mucosal function in patients.
