经济安全战略影响下日本企业的应变研究

摘　　要：经济安全战略已经把日本企业与国家安全紧密联系在一起,因此,经济安全战略在日本企业经营思想、发展机会、供应链构建、技术研发与保护等方面对其产生了巨大影响。日本企业一方面受到了更多、更严格的规制和约束;另一方面也获得了资金和政策等方面的支持。受此影响,日本企业不得不在经营思想、治理结构、经营实践等方面考虑经济安全战略的目标与要求,采取相应的应变措施。同时,日本企业在应变当中也面临着以政企关系、母子公司关系为代表的传统关系调整问题,以及以成本提高、专业人才缺乏、技术外泄等为代表的企业自身生产和经营实践上的问题。Japan's economic security strategy has closely linked its enterprises to national security and has therefore had a great impact on Japanese enterprises in terms of business philosophies,development opportunities,supply chain construction,and technology development and protection.On the one hand,Japanese enterprises have been subjected to more and stricter regulations and constraints,but on the other hand,they have been supported by funds and policies.As a result,Japanese enterprises are forced to take into account the objectives and requirements of the economic security strategy in their business philosophies,governance structures,and business practices,and to take corresponding adaptation measures to cope with the situation.In the course of their adaptation process,Japanese enterprises are confronted with the challenges in adjusting traditional relationships represented by government-business relations and parent-subsidiary relations,as well as dealing with the issues within their internal production and operation practices represented by the increase of cost,lack of professional talents,and the leakage of technology.
