摘　　要：目的探讨点阵铒激光治疗腹部妊娠纹的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年3月福州市第一总医院皮肤病防治院整形美容外科收治的100例腹部妊娠纹患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组均50例。对照组患者采用二氧化碳点阵激光(10600 nm)治疗,观察组患者采用微剥脱2940 nm铒玻璃点阵激光治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、美观度评分、患者满意度、不良反应缓解时间及治疗6个月后腹部妊娠妏情况。结果观察组临床治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组美观度评分、患者满意度评分、皮肤弹性、表皮厚度高于对照组,妊娠纹宽度、粗糙程度、凹陷体积低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部妊娠纹用点阵铒激光治疗,可在改善临床表现的同时提升治疗效果,对提升患者满意度具有重要作用,且安全性也较高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of dot-matrix erbium laser in the treatment of abdominal stretch marks.Methods A total of 100 patients with abdominal stretch marks admitted to the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery,June 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carbon dioxide dot matrix laser(10600 nm),and the observation group was treated with 2940 nm erbium glass dot-matrix laser.The clinical therapeutic effect,aesthetic score,patient satisfaction,duration of adverse reaction remission and abdominal pregnancy stretch marks 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical therapeutic effect of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,aesthetic score,patient satisfaction score,skin elasticity and epidermal thickness of observation group were higher than those of control group,while stretch mark width,roughness and depression volume of observation group were lower than those of control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The remission time of adverse reactions in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of abdominal stretch marks with dot-matrix erbium laser can not only improve the clinical manifestations but also improve the therapeutic effect,which plays an important role in improving patient satisfaction,and it is also safe and worthy of promotion.
