摘　　要：目的探讨社区老年高血压患者的心理健康素养水平,并对影响心理健康素养的因素进行分析。方法运用便利抽样法,于2023年7月至10月选取菏泽市5个社区180例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,采用多元线性回归分析老年高血压患者心理健康素养及影响因素。结果社区老年高血压患者心理健康素养得分为(9.05±4.95)分。多元线性回归分析结果表明,文化程度、服药依从性、高血压病程、高血压并发症为社区老年高血压患者心理健康素养的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论社区老年高血压患者的心理健康素养水平处于中等偏低水平,社区服务人员应重视老年高血压患者的身心健康,提高心理健康素养水平。Objective To investigate the current situation and explore factors influencing the mental health literacy of the elderly with hypertensive patients in community.Methods A total of 180 elderly hypertension patients from 5 communities in Heze City from July to October 2023 were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the mental health literacy and influencing factors of elderly hypertension patients.Results The score of mental health literacy of the elderly patients with hypertension in community were(9.05±4.95)points.The influencing factors of mental health literacy of the elderly patients with hypertensive in community included educational level,medication compliance,hypertension course and hypertension complications(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of mental health literacy of the elderly hypertensive patients in the community is in the middle and low level.So the community service personnel should pay attention to the physical and mental health of the elderly patients with hypertension and carry out targeted intervention measures,to improve the level of mental health literacy of elderly patients with hypertension in community.
