摘　　要：目的探究基于人文背景的院外延伸服务在中枢性性早熟(CPP)女童促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)治疗中的应用观察。方法选取2019年5月至2022年5月鹰潭市人民医院接收的80例CPP女童,采用抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组接受常规护理服务,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于人文背景的院外延伸服务,比较两组患儿的生长指标(身高和骨龄)、生长速度[对年龄的身高标准差评分(HtSDSCA)和对骨龄的身高标准差评分(HtSDSBA)]、心理行为评分和家属满意情况。结果干预后6个月,观察组的身高、骨龄、HtSDSBA和HtSDSCA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的心理评分中社交活动障碍、心理抑郁、交流障碍和多动均低于本组干预前,且观察组指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的家属满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于人文背景的院外延伸服务在CPP女童GnRHa治疗中应用,进一步降低患儿生长速度,有利于改善心理状态,并提高家属满意程度。Objective To explore the application of out-of-hospital extension service based on humanistic background in the treatment of central precocious puberty(CPP)girls with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRHa).Methods A total of 80 CPP girls admitted to Yingtan People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing service,while the observation group was given out-of-hospital extension service based on humanistic background on the basis of the control group.The growth indicators(height and bone age),growth rate(height standard deviation score for chronological age[HtSDSCA]and height standard deviation score for bone age[HtSDSBA])and psychological behaviors scores,satisfaction were compared between both groups of children and family.Results At 6 months after intervention,the height,bone age,HtSDSBA score and HtSDSCA score in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological scores of social activity disorder,psychological depression,communication disorder and hyperactivity in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the intexes of observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of out-of-hospital extension service based on humanistic background in the GnRHa treatment of CPP girls can further reduce the growth rate of children and help to improve the psychological status.
