活血行气利水法联合跟骨牵引在Pilon骨折术前肢体肿痛中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨活血行气利水法联合跟骨牵引在Pilon骨折术前患肢肿痛中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至9月赣州市中医院收治的60例Pilon骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用活血行气利水法联合跟骨牵引治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、患肢肢体肿胀程度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及治疗后并发症发生率。结果治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后中医证候积分、患肢肿胀程度及VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活血行气利水法联合跟骨牵引能有效缓解Pilon骨折患者术前肿胀及疼痛,促进患者恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Xingqi Lishui method combined with calcaneus skeletal traction on the swelling and pain of the affected limb before Pilon fracture surgery.Methods Sixty patients with Pilon fracture admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of TCM from January to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Huoxue Xingqi Lishui method combined with calcaneus skeletal traction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,swelling degree of affected limb,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and complication rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,swelling degree of affected limb and VAS score of experimental group were lower than those of control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huoxue Xingqi Lishui method and calcaneus skeletal traction can effectively relieve the swelling and pain before surgery and promote the recovery of Pilon fracture patients.
