摘 要:目的:分析膝半月板和关节软骨损伤应用CT与MRI的诊断效果。方法:选取2022年9月-2023年11月山东省单县南城人民医院收治的68例疑似膝半月板和关节软骨损伤患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受CT与MRI检查。以关节镜检查为金标准,比较两种检查方案的诊断结果、诊断效能、诊断价值及检查满意度评分。结果:68例疑似膝半月板和关节软骨损伤患者经关节镜检查后,膝半月板损伤为55例(80.88%),关节软骨损伤为13例(19.12%);经CT检查后,为膝半月板损伤为50例(73.53%),关节软骨损伤为18例(26.47%);经MRI检查后,膝半月板损伤为53例(77.94%),关节软骨损伤为15例(22.06%)。与CT检查比较,MRI检查的准确度、灵敏度、特异度较高,MRI检查的AUC值较高,MRI检查半月板损伤、韧带损伤、骨损伤的满意度评分均较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT和MRI检查用于对早期膝半月板和关节软骨损伤,MRI检查具有较高的准确度、灵敏度、特异度,可为后续临床治疗提供数据支持。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic effect of CT and MRI on knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury.Methods:A total of 68 patients with suspected knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury admitted to Shanxian Nancheng People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from September 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined by CT and MRI.Using arthroscopy as the gold standard,the diagnostic results,diagnostic efficacy,diagnostic value and satisfaction scores of the two examination schemes were compared.Results:Among 68 patients suspected of knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury,55 cases(80.88%)of knee meniscus injury and 13 cases(19.12%)of articular cartilage injury were examined by arthroscopy.After CT examination,there were 50 cases(73.53%)of knee meniscus injury and 18 cases(26.47%)of articular cartilage injury.After MRI examination,there were 53 cases(77.94%)of knee meniscus injury and 15 cases(22.06%)of articular cartilage injury.Compared with CT examination,MRI examination had higher accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,higher AUC value,and higher satisfaction scores for meniscus injury,ligament injury and bone injury,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT and MRI are applied to the early knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury.MRI has high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and can provide data support for subsequent clinical treatment.
