摘 要:目的了解首都医科大学医学生对《全科医学概论》课程的看法和对课程改进的建议,从而提出“以学生为中心”课程质量提升的可行性意见。方法采用目的抽样法,选取学习36学时《全科医学概论》课程的首都医科大学2021级临床医学、临床儿科学和眼视光医学专业5年制及长学制班级的17名医学生为研究对象,于2023年12月至2024年3月进行“一对一”半结构式深度访谈。使用Nvivo11.0软件并采用主题框架分析法进行资料分析。结果受邀医学生中有5名拒绝访谈,最终访谈12名医学生,通过分析访谈资料共提炼出3个主题和17个亚主题,3个主题分别是理论课程调整、社区见习调整和教学模式调整。其中,理论课程调整包含9个亚主题,社区见习调整包含5个亚主题,教学模式调整包含3个亚主题。结论《全科医学概论》课程质量改进可从强化专业理论知识的整合、完善与实践,结合不同课程内容采用不同教学模式授课,增加实践时间、加强见习课监督及开展社区师资培训等方面入手。Objective To understand the views of medical students of Capital Medical University on Introduction to General Practice and their suggestions for improving the course,and then to table feasible proposals for“student-centered”course quality improvement.Methods The purposive sampling method was used to select 17 medical students from the five-year and long-term classes of clinical medicine,clinical pediatrics,and optometry medicine in Capital Medical University who had studied the 36-hour course Introduction to General Practice as the research subjects.“One-on-one”semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted from December 2023 to March 2024.Nvivo 11.0 software and thematic framework analysis method were used to analyze data.Results Among the invited medical students,five refused to be interviewed,and finally 12 medical students were interviewed,and through analyzing interview data,three themes and 17 sub-themes were extracted.The three themes were theoretical course adjustment,community internship adjustment,and teaching mode adjustment,respectively.Among them,theoretical course adjustment included nine sub-themes,community internship adjustment included five sub-themes,and teaching mode adjustment included three sub-themes.Conclusion The improvement of course quality of Introduction to General Practice can be achieved by strengthening the integration,improvement and practice of professional theoretical knowledge,adopting different teaching modes based on different course contents,increasing practical time,strengthening supervision of internship courses and conducting community teacher training.
