可持续发展视角下乡村生态旅游发展困境及对策——以博兴县麻大湖地区为例

摘　　要：在旅游管理领域加强生态管理对于现代农村改革和解决农村生态环境建设问题具有重要意义。调研发现,乡村生态旅游面临管理不严、缺乏科学的规划、专业人才短缺、产品同质化和基础设施落后等困难,这在一定程度上限制了其快速发展。结合山东省博兴县麻大湖区域在生态旅游方面的成功案例,从可持续发展的视角,提出完善法规体系强化监管、发挥政府主导、培育与吸引人才以及提升基础设施建设4项改进措施。这些措施不仅可以有效促进乡村生态旅游的发展,同时也为乡村振兴开辟了新的路径,具有较好的推广价值和参考意义。Strengthening ecological management in the field of tourism management is very beneficial to modern rural reform and solving the problem of rural ecological environment construction.Investigation found that rural ecotourism faces some difficulties,such as lax management,lack of scientific planning,shortage of professional talents,homogeneity of products and poor infrastructure,which have limited its rapid progress to a certain extent.Referring to the successful case of ecotourism in the Mada Lake area of Boxing County,Shandong Province,four improvement measures are proposed from the perspective of sustainable development:improving the legal system and strengthening supervision,giving full play to the government s leadership,cultivating and attracting talents,and improving infrastructure construction.These suggestions can not only effectively promote the development of rural ecotourism,but also open up a new path for rural revitalization,which has good promotion value and reference significance.
