中青年高血压脑出血病人伤残接受度现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查中青年高血压脑出血病人的伤残接受度现状,并探讨其影响因素,为制定护理干预措施提供参考。方法:选择中青年高血压脑出血病人107例为研究对象,采用一般情况调查问卷、伤残接受度量表、Barthel指数、医学应对方式量表、社会支持量表、自我感受负担量表为评测工具,分析其伤残接受度现状及影响因素。结果:青年高血压脑出血病人伤残接受度得分为(78.01±12.33)分,伤残接受度处于中等水平。多元线性回归结果显示,规律锻炼行为、高血压分级、日常生活能力、医学应对方式、社会支持和自我感受负担是中青年高血压脑出血病人伤残接受度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:中青年高血压脑出血病人的伤残接受度有待提高,护理人员应从伤残接受度的影响因素着手,筛查重点人群,制定针对性干预措施,提升中青年高血压脑出血病人伤残接受度水平。Objective:To investigate the status quo of acceptance of disability in young and middle-aged patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and explore the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for formulating nursing intervention measures.Methods:A total of 107 middle and young-aged hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients were selected as research subjects.The general situation questionnaire,disability acceptance scale,Barthel index,medical coping style scale,social support scale and self-perceived burden scale were used to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of acceptance of disability.Results:The score of acceptance of disability in young and middle-aged hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients was(78.01±12.33)points,which was in the middle level.The results of multiple linear regression showed that the regular exercise behavior,hypertension grade,daily living ability,medical coping style,and social support and self-perceived burden were the influencing factors of acceptance of disability in young and middle-aged hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:The acceptance of disability of young and middle-aged hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients in neurosurgery needs to be improved.Nursing staff should focus on the influencing factors of acceptance of disability,screen key groups,formulate targeted intervention measures,and improve the acceptance of disability level of young and middle-aged hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients.
