保护性约束手套在精神科的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨自行设计制作的保护性约束手套在精神科临床使用的效果。方法:选择精神科病房收治的兴奋躁动、暴力冲动、消极高风险等需进行手部约束的60例精神障碍病人为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组选择传统型保护约束带;观察组选择保护性约束手套。观察比较2种保护性约束的效果(病人自伤率、医务人员抓伤率)及病人的满意度。结果:观察组病人的病人自伤率、医务人员抓伤率为3.33%,对照组为26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病人使用保护性约束手套满意度96.67%,传统型约束带满意度为76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保护性约束手套能够更加有效地约束和保护病人手部,降低了精神障碍病人自伤率、医务人员抓伤率,提高了病人满意度。Objective:To explore the application effects of self-designed protective restraint gloves in psychiatry department.Methods:A total of 60 patients with mental disorders,such as excitement and agitation,violent impulse and negative high risk,who needed hand restraint,were selected as the observation subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(30 patients each group).The control group was treated was traditional protective restraint belts,while the observation group was treated with protective restraint gloves.The effects of two kinds of protective restraints(patient self-harm rate,medical staff scratch rate)and patient satisfaction were observed and compared.Results:The self-harm rate and medical staff scratch rate in the observation group were 3.33%,while those in the control group were 26.67%,the difference of which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the satisfaction rate between the observation group(96.67%)and control group(76.67%)was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The protective restraint gloves can effectively restrain and protect patients′hands,reduce the self-harm rate of patients with mental disorders and scratch rate of medical staff,and improve patients′satisfaction.
