摘　　要：目的:探讨贵州蔡家人不对称行为特征的分布特点及其遗传关联性。方法:采用遗传学界公认的调查方法,对420例(男212例,女208例)生活在贵州大方和织金县的蔡家人7项不对称行为特征(扣手、惯用手、优势足、优势眼、交叉臂、交叉腿、起步类型)进行调查。结果:贵州蔡家人7项不对称行为特征的右型出现率均高于左型,性别间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);惯用手与优势足、优势眼、交叉腿、起步类型,优势足与交叉腿、起步类型,优势眼与交叉臂,交叉臂与起步类型,交叉腿与起步类型之间存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:贵州蔡家人7项不对称行为特征均以右型为主,性别间差异不明显,特征间具有一定的遗传关联性。Objective:To investigate the distribution characteristics and genetic associations of seven asymmetric behavioral characteristics among the Caijia people in Guizhou Province.Methods:Using universally recognized genetic survey methods,a study was conducted on 420 Caijia individuals(212 males and 208 females)residing in Dafang and Zhijin counties,Guizhou Province,to investigate seven asymmetric behavioral characteristics:handclasping,hand preference,foot preference,eye dominance,arm crossing,leg crossing,and starting step pattern.Results:The prevalence of right-sidedness for all seven asymmetric behavioral characteristics was higher than left-sidedness among the Caijia people in Guizhou,and no statistically significant differences were observed between genders(P>0.05).Correlations were found between hand preference and foot preference,eye dominance,leg crossing,and starting step pattern;between foot preference and leg crossing,starting step pattern;between eye dominance and arm crossing;between arm crossing and starting step pattern;and between leg crossing and starting step pattern(P<0.05).Conclusion:The right-sidedness dominates in all seven asymmetric behavioral characteristics among the Caijia people in Guizhou,with no significant gender differences.There exist genetic associations among these characteristics.
