基于数据挖掘的中药外治法治疗背肌筋膜炎用药规律

摘　　要：目的:采用数据挖掘的技术分析中药外治法治疗背肌筋膜炎的用药规律,为临床背肌筋膜炎的中药外治提供科学依据。方法:检索建库至2023年9月中国知网、万方、维普等数据库中收录的中药外用治疗背肌筋膜炎的学术文献,录入符合要求的处方,采用Excel 2019建立中药数据库,运用古今医案云平台及数据分析软件SPSS Statistics 26.0、Cytoscape 3.10.0进行频数分析、关联规则分析、复杂网络分析及聚类分析。结果:纳入文献共涉及82个外用方,单个中药的使用频率≥20的共17味,关联规则得到12组核心用药组合;复杂网络分析得到核心药物为红花、川芎、威灵仙、透骨草、伸筋草;聚类分析发现3个有效聚类群。中药的性味以辛、苦味,温性药物为主;归经以肝经为主。结论:中医外治法治疗背肌筋膜炎的药物主要以辛、苦、温为主,治疗原则强调祛风除湿、活血止痛。Objective Based on data mining techniques to analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the external treatment of back myofascitis,providing a scientific basis for the clinical external treatment.Methods Academic literature on the external treatment of back myofascitis with traditional Chinese medicine,included in databases such as CNKI,WanFang,and VIP in China as of September 2023,was retrieved.Record the prescriptions that meet the requirements,use Excel 2019 to establish a traditional Chinese medicine database,and use the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform and data analysis software SPSS Statistics 26.0,Cytoscape 3.10.0 to conduct frequency analysis,association rules analysis,complex network analysis and cluster analysis.Results The included literature involves a total of 82 external prescriptions.There are 17 kinds of Chinese medicines with a usage frequency of≥20.Association rules obtained 12 groups of core medication combinations.Cluster analysis found 3 effective clustering groups.Complex network analysis obtained core drugs such as Carthamus tinctorius L,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort,Clematis Chinensis,TouGucao,Lycopodii Herba,etc.The nature and flavor of traditional Chinese medicine are pungent,bitter and warm in nature;the main meridian distribution is the liver meridian.Conclusion The drugs used in the external treatment of dorsal myofascitis by traditional Chinese medicine are mainly pungent,bitter and warm.The treatment principle emphasizes dispelling wind,removing dampness,activating blood circulation and relieving pain.
