摘  要:目的:采用正交试验优化桂附颗粒壳聚糖除杂工艺。方法:以肉桂酸保留率和杂质去除率为评价指标,絮凝除杂温度、壳聚糖加入量、药材-药液比为影响因素,正交试验优化工艺。结果:最佳条件为絮凝温度60℃,药材-药液比1∶7,壳聚糖加入比例1.4 g/L,肉桂酸保留率为90.88%和杂质去除率14.94%。结论:该方法简单可行,能保证药液中肉桂酸高保留率及杂质较高去除率。Objective To develop orthogonal tests to optimize guifu granule flocculation.Methods using cinnamic acid retention rate and impurity removal rate as evaluation indexes,chitosan dosage,flocculating temperature and ratio of crude drug to liquid drug as influencing factors,To optimize the technology,orthogonal tests were conducted.Results the optimum conditions were as follows:Chitosan 1.4 g/L,flocculation temperature 60°C,ratio of medicinal materials to medicinal solution 1∶7,cinnamic acid retention rate 90.88%and extract removal rate 14.94%.Conclusion the method is simple and feasible,which can ensure the high retention rate of components and improve the liquid medicine.
