基于“态靶辨证”分析仙方活命饮加味对早期肛周脓肿的治疗作用

摘　　要：肛周脓肿是指发生在肛管直肠周围间隙的急性化脓性疾病,中医学称之为“肛痈”。西医学认为肛周脓肿主要由肛腺阻塞感染引起,发病率较高,且多见于年轻男性。“态靶辨证”是由仝小林院士基于中医“调态”和现代药理学研究发展而提出的临床新思路。临床观察到肛周脓肿初期患者多属“热”态,多辨为“热毒蕴结证”。文章介绍史树勋主任临床经验,应用“仙方活命饮”为调态方,可以调“热毒蕴结证”肛周脓肿之“热”态,同时加黄柏、蒲公英、七叶一枝花为靶药精准打靶,态靶结合,能有效改善患者症状,遏制疾病发展进程,达到“既病防变”之效。Perianal abscess refers to an acute purulent disease that occurs in the perirectal space of the anorectum,which is called“carbuncle”in Chinese medicine.Western medicine considers perianal abscesses to be primarily caused by infection with obstruction of the glands,with a high incidence and more common in young men.“Syndrome differentiation of state target”is a new clinical idea proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin based on the development of traditional Chinese medicine“modulation”and modern pharmacology research.It has been clinically observed that most patients with perianal abscess in the early stage are in a“hot”state,and most of them are identified as“Syndrome of heat toxicity”.Now,combined with the clinical experience of supervisor Shi Shuxun,it has been observed that the application of“Xianfang Huoming Decoction”as a conditioning formula can adjust the“hot”state of“Syndrome of heat toxicity”perianal abscess,and at the same time add golden cypress,dandelion,and paris polyphylla as target drugs to accurately target,and the combination of state targets can effectively improve patients symptoms,curb the development process of the disease,and achieve the effect of“preventing disease from exacerbating”.
