针刺颈上神经节配合玉屏风散治疗肺卫气虚型颈椎病30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺颈上神经节配合玉屏风散治疗肺卫气虚型颈椎病临床治疗,评价该法疗效。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的肺卫气虚型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各30例。其中对照组30例给予针刺联合中药以及颈上神经节假针刺治疗;观察组30例给予针刺颈上神经节联合中药治疗。观察治疗前后症状和体征评分、出汗量、自汗评分、颈部残障指数、焦虑评分变化。结果:两组治疗前后症状积分比较均有显著性差异;观察组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组有效率为73.33%,观察组有效率为86.67%。结论:针刺颈上神经节配合玉屏风散治疗肺卫气虚型颈椎病疗效较好。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on the superior cervical ganglia combined with Yupingfeng powder in the treatment of hyperhidrosis in cervical spondylosis of lung Wei Qi deficiency type,and to evaluate this method for treatment.Method Sixty patients with hyperhidrosis of cervical spondylosis of lung Wei Qi deficiency type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Among them,30 cases in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the superior cervical ganglia,while 30 cases in the control group were treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine and sham acupuncture for the superior cervical ganglia.Observe the changes in symptom and sign scores,sweating volume,spontaneous sweating score,neck disability index,and anxiety score before and after treatment.Result There was a significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment;The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,while the effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.Couclusion Acupuncture of the superior cervical ganglia combined with Yupingfeng powder has a good therapeutic effect on hyperhidrosis of cervical spondylosis of lung qi deficiency type.
