喉痹疏郁丸治疗气郁痰阻型慢性咽炎70例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察张常喜主任临床使用自拟方喉痹疏郁丸治疗气郁痰阻型慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:选取患者140例,且均符合纳入标准,随机分为两组,每组各70例。对照组给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,2次/天,每次1吸,每吸含药量为1 mg;观察组仅予以喉痹疏郁丸,6 g/次,1日2次,早晚餐后前半小时服用;经过4周后的治疗,判定两组的疗效。在治疗前后分别评价中医症状积分、IL-6、TNF-α、安全性指标等。结果:喉痹疏郁丸组优于布的奈德混悬液组。结论:喉痹疏郁丸治疗气郁痰阻型慢性咽炎疗效明显,可改善患者症状,降低慢性咽炎复发率,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhang Changxi s own prescription Houbi Shuyu Pill for treating chronic pharyngitis(CP)with qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction.Methods 140 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide suspension atomized inhalation,twice a day,with 1 inhalation each time,and the drug content per inhalation was 1mg.The observation group was only given Houbi Shuyu Pills,6g/time,twice a day,half an hour before breakfast and dinner;After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was determined.TCM symptom score,IL-6,TNF-αand safety indexes were evaluated before and after treatment.Results Huobi Shuyu Pills group was superior to Buonide suspension group.The total effective rate of Huobi Shuyu pill group was better than that of budesonide suspension group.Conclusion The treatment of chronic pharyngitis with qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction is effective,can improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of chronic pharyngitis,and is safe,worthy of clinical application.
