中西医结合治疗脾虚型特应性皮炎30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过临床观察治疗健脾养血祛风方治疗脾虚型特应性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:选取脾虚型特应性皮炎患者60例随机分为两组,对照组予酪酸梭菌二联活菌散组联合西替利嗪片;观察组予健脾养血祛风方组联合西替利嗪片,4周为一个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗后两组SCORAD积分均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组在升高SIgA、TGF-β、脆弱拟杆菌丰度及降低血清总IgE方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾养血祛风方治疗脾虚型特应性皮炎能有效改善患者临床症状及免疫学指标,并改善肠道免疫屏障功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Yangxue Qufeng prescription in patients with spleen deficiency atopic dermatitis before and after treatment.Methods 60 patients with spleen deficiency atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group was given the spleenYangxue Qufeng prescription group combined with cetirizine tablets,and the control group was given the Clostridium butyricum biactive powder group combined with cetirizine tablets,4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Results After treatment,SCORAD scores in both groups were significantly improved,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group in increasing SIgA,TGF-β,Bacteroides fraginis abundance and decreasing serum total IgE(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yangxue Qufeng prescription can effectively improve clinical symptoms and immunological indexes of patients with spleen deficiency atopic dermatitis,and improve intestinal immune barrier function.
