摘  要:某660 MW超临界对冲燃烧锅炉运行中连续出现结焦问题,影响锅炉的带负荷能力。从燃烧器状况、燃料特性、运行调整方式等多方面进行分析,认为部分燃烧器烧损及停用,导致锅炉燃烧组织出现混乱,同时燃用低灰熔点煤条件下,运行调整不佳是造成锅炉结焦的根本原因。针对锅炉结焦实际情况,提出相应的解决措施,保证机组安全稳定运行。The coking problem occurs continuously in the operation of a 660MW supercritical opposed combustion boiler,which affects the load capacity of boiler.The situation of burner,fuel characteristics,operation adjustment mode and so on is analyzed,it is believed that some burners are burned and disabled,which leads to the confusion of boiler combustion organization,at the same time,under the condition of burning low ash melting point coal,poor operation adjustment is the fundamental cause of boiler coking.According to the actual situation of boiler coking,the corresponding solutions are put forward to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
