摘 要:利用脱硫模拟试验反应测试系统,将中水污泥按照一定比例替换石灰石浆液,作为脱硫吸收剂进行脱硫模拟试验。通过结晶反应电导率曲线、脱硫浆液粒径分布和石膏晶体形貌特征等数据,分析中水污泥自身及添加絮凝剂聚乙烯酰胺后对脱硫系统中石膏晶体生成及脱水的影响。虽然加入中水污泥可提高石膏颗粒尺寸的均匀度,但其带来对石膏脱水的正面作用远不如其他因素的负面影响,从而整体上对后续石膏浆液脱水具有不利影响。投入聚乙烯酰胺后,进一步加剧了对脱硫反应的负面影响。Using desulfurization simulation test reaction testing system,the reclaimed water sludge was replaced with limestone slurry in a certain proportion as a desulfurization absorbent for desulfurization simulation tests.Through data such as crystallization reaction conductivity curve,desulfurization slurry particle size distribution,and gypsum crystal morphology characteristics,the effects of reclaimed water sludge itself and addition of flocculant polyethylene amide on gypsum crystal generation and dehydration in desulfurization system were analyzed.Although the addition of reclaimed water sludge can improve the uniformity of gypsum particle size,its positive effect on gypsum dehydration is far less than the negative effect of other factors,thus having an overall adverse effect on subsequent gypsum slurry dehydration.After the addition of polyethylene amide,the negative impact on the desulfurization reaction is further exacerbated.
