摘　　要：水电站EPC总承包模式不仅能够在一定程度上确保工程的质量、持续加快工程进度,同时还能够有效降低施工成本。但其对承包商的综合实力提出了更高要求,其中,合同风险管理作为EPC总承包重点关注的问题之一,正受到越来越多的重视。介绍了EPC总承包模式,探讨了EPC总承包模式合同管理的重要作用,在分析EPC总承包模式中常见的合同风险的同时提出相关解决措施,为我国水电工程的推进提供借鉴。The EPC general contracting model for hydropower stations can not only ensure the quality of the project to some extent,continuously accelerate the progress of the project,but also effectively reduce construction costs.But it has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive strength of contractors.Among them,contract risk management,as one of the key concerns of EPC general contracting,is receiving increasing attention.Based on this,the EPC general contracting model is introduced,the important role of contract management in the EPC general contracting model is explored,and the common contract risks in the EPC general contracting model is analyzed while proposing relevant effective solutions,thereby providing reference for promotion of China's hydropower engineering.
