摘 要:印染废水中的苯胺类物质对水环境危害大且处理难度高,采用传统工艺如生物法、物理化学法等处理含有苯胺类物质的印染废水时,常常存在处理效果不稳定、易产生二次污染等问题。臭氧催化氧化属于一种高级氧化技术,具有高效、快速、无二次污染等优点,目前被越来越多应用于各行业废水处理中。介绍了印染废水中苯胺类物质的来源及危害、常见苯胺类废水处理工艺、臭氧催化氧化原理等,通过污水站工艺提升改造实例,验证臭氧催化氧化工艺对印染废水中苯胺类物质的去除效果。工程实践表明,臭氧催化氧化工艺对苯胺类物质的去除率可达91%,同时对COD的去除效果明显,可以有效保障出水苯胺类物质稳定达标排放,为臭氧催化氧化工艺去除印染废水中苯胺类物质的工程应用提供借鉴和参考。Aniline substances in printing and dyeing wastewater pose great harm to the water environment and are difficult to treat.When traditional processes such as biological and physicochemical methods are used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater containing aniline substances,there are often problems such as unstable treatment effects and easy secondary pollution.Ozone catalytic oxidation,as a advanced wastewater treatment technology,has the advantages of high efficiency,speed,and no secondary pollution,and is widely used in various wastewater treatment fields.The sources and hazards of aniline in printing and dyeing wastewater,common treatment processes for aniline based wastewater,and the principle of ozone catalytic oxidation were introduced.Through examples of wastewater treatment plant process improvement and transformation,the removal effect of ozone catalytic oxidation process on aniline based wastewater in printing and dyeing was verified.Engineering practice showed that the removal rate of aniline by ozone catalytic oxidation technology could reach 91%,while improving the biodegradability of wastewater.It had a significant synergistic effect on COD removal and could effectively ensure the stable and standard discharge of aniline in effluent.It can provide reference for the engineering application of ozone catalytic oxidation process to remove aniline substances in printing and dyeing wastewater.
