摘 要:用树脂含量法、纤维保水力法、染色K/S值计算法对树脂整理面料交联程度进行表征和评价,并通过实例来验证。结果表明,树脂含量法、纤维保水力法、染色K/S值计算法等均可用数据对树脂整理面料交联程度进行表征和评价;染色K/S值计算法相对时间短,操作简单,更能客观准确地表征树脂交联程度,并且能测算出理论折皱回复角和洗后外观平整度。The degree of cross-linking of resin finishing fabrics was characterized and evaluated from three methods:resin content method,fiber water retention method,and dyeing K/S value calculation method,and verified by examples.The results showed that the resin content method,fiber water retention method,and dyeing K/S value calculation method could be used to characterize and evaluate the degree of cross-linking of resin finishing fabrics.The dyeing K/S value calculation method was relatively short in time,simple to operate,more objectively and accurately characterizing the cross-linking degree of resin,and can measure the theoretical creasing recovery angle and the appearance flatness after washing.
