摘　　要：目的 建设基于医疗机构药学服务规范的互联网+全过程儿科药学服务平台。方法 基于数据库+网络应用程序编程接口服务+即时通讯技术,结合医疗机构药学服务规范要求,建设提供全过程儿科药学服务平台。结果 互联网+儿科药学服务平台建成后,药师通过药师工作站、企业微信可开展建设药学服务基础知识库、药学监护、药物治疗评估、药学咨询等多项工作。门诊、在院及出院患儿家长均可通过移动端查询药品说明书及医院药品配备情况,获得用药提醒、用药指导、药学咨询、药学科普等药学服务。结论 互联网+儿科全过程药学服务平台使患儿监护者在各种就医场景中获得相关药学服务,提升了儿科患者的药学服务可及性。Objective Construct the Internet+whole process pediatric pharmaceutical care platform based on the pharmaceutical service standards of healthcare institutions.Methods Using database+Web Application Programming Interface service+Instant Messaging technology,combined with the demands of pharmaceutical service standards of healthcare institutions,build a whole process pediatric pharmaceutical care platform.Results After the completion of the Internet+pediatric pharmaceutical care platform,pharmacists can construct and optimize the pharmaceutical practice basic knowledge database,carry out dedication monitoring practice,drug treatment evaluation and pharmaceutical consultation in the workstation and enterprise WeChat App.Parents and guardians of children can query drug instructions and hospital drug availability in hospital,and access to medication reminding,medication guidance,pharmaceutical consultation,pharmaceutical science and other clinical pharmaceutical care services.Conclusion Pediatric caregivers can get relevant pharmaceutical care in various medical scenarios through the Internet+whole process pediatric pharmaceutical care platform which improve the accessibility of pharmacy care for pediatric patients.
