加味红藤汤灌肠结合盆炎一号方治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究加味红藤汤灌肠结合盆炎一号方治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年8月期间上饶市立医院收治的120例慢性盆腔炎女性患者作为研究对象。根据不同治疗方案分为联合组(n=63)和单一组(n=57),其中联合组接受加味红藤汤灌肠结合盆炎一号方治疗,单一组仅接受盆炎一号方治疗,治疗两周。比较分析两组的中医证候积分,VAS疼痛评分,局部体征评分,盆腔积液最深径,炎性包块直径,血液流变学指标[包括红细胞聚集指数(AI)、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、红细胞比容(Hct)],临床疗效及安全性评估。结果 治疗2周后,两组的中医证候积分、VAS疼痛评分和局部体征评分均较治疗前降低,且联合组更低(P<0.05)。两组的盆腔积液最深径和包块直径水平均较治疗前降低,且联合组更低(P<0.05)。两组的AI、PV、ESR及Hct水平均较治疗前降低,且联合组更低(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率高于单一组(P<0.05)。两组药物治疗期间无不良反应发生。结论 加味红藤汤灌肠结合盆炎一号方治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,能改善临床症状、血液流变性,且无严重不良反应,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified hongteng decoction enema combined with penyan No.1 formula on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 120 female patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Shangrao Municipal Hospital from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment plans,the patients were divided into a combined group(n=63)and a single group(n=57),the combined group receiving modified hongteng decoction enema combined with penyan No.1 formula,the single group only received treatment with the penyan No.1 formula,both groups of treated 2 weeks.Compare and analyze the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,VAS pain score,local physical sign score,deepest diameter of pelvic fluid accumulation,diameter of mass,hemorheological indicators(AI,PV,ESR,Hct),clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,VAS pain score,and local physical sign score of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the combined group had lower scores(P<0.05).The deepest diameter and mass diameter levels of pelvic fluid accumulation in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the combined group had lower levels(P<0.05).The levels of AI,PV,ESR,and Hct in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the combined group had lower levels(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of both groups.Conclusion The combination of modified hongteng decoction enema and penyan No.1 formula has a significant therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can improve clinical symptoms,blood rheology,and has no serious adverse reactions,with high safety.
