葆宫止血颗粒对围绝经期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者中医证候积分及子宫内膜厚度的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨围绝经期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血(AUB-O)患者使用葆宫止血颗粒的效果。方法 随机将赣州市中医院2022年10月至2023年9月收治的80例AUB-O患者分为两组,各40例。均实施宫腔镜手术,对照组使用地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用葆宫止血颗粒治疗,均治疗3个疗程。比较两组中医症候积分、子宫内膜厚度(ET)、月经情况、激素水平及不良反应。结果 治疗后,两组中医症候积分降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);两组月经失血图(PBAC)评分、ET均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);两组泌乳素(PRL)及卵泡雌激素(FSH)水平均降低,且观察组更低,两组雌二醇(E2)水平均升高,且观察组更高(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AUB-O患者使用葆宫止血颗粒治疗可降低中医症候积分,改善月经及子宫内膜情况,调节激素水平,且有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of baogong zhixue granules on perimenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulation disorder(AUB-O).Methods 80 patients with AUB-O admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 cases each.Hysteroscopic surgery was performed in all patients,and the control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets,based on this,the observation group was treated with baogong zhixue granules,all for 3 courses of treatment.TCM syndrome score,endometrial thickness(ET),menstruation,hormone level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower(P<0.05);the scores of menstrual blood loss map(PBAC)and ET were decreased in both groups,and those in observation group were lower(P<0.05);the levels of prolactin(PRL)and follicular estrogen(FSH)in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower;the estradiol(E2)level in both groups was increased,and the observation group was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of baogong zhixue granules in AUB-O patients can reduce the scores of TCM symptoms,improve menstruation and endometrial conditions,regulate hormone levels,and have high safety.
