中药热奄包关元穴外敷治疗稽留流产患者行人工流产术后腹痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药热奄包关元穴外敷治疗稽留流产患者行人工流产术后腹痛的效果。方法 前瞻性收集2023年1至10月在嘉善县第一人民医院行人工流产术的50例稽留流产患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例,其中观察组患者人工流产术后接受中药热奄包关元穴外敷30 min+常规护理方式,对照组患者人工流产术后接受常规护理方式,比较两组患者在术后不同时间点的数字评价量表(NRS)评分、不良反应及患者满意率。结果 相比对照组,观察组术后30、60、90 min NRS评分均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且观察组患者术后不良反应发生率显著降低(P<0.05),患者满意率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论 中药热奄包关元穴外敷可有效缓解稽留流产患者人工流产术后腹痛,减少术后不良反应,同时提升诊疗工作的满意率,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint hot compresson for pain alleviation in missed miscarriage patients after artifical abortion.Methods Fifty patients with missed miscarriage who underwent artifical abortion in the First People's Hospital of Jiashan(Jiashan Branch of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University)from January to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the study group received traditional Chinese medicine hot compression at Guanyuan acupoint for 30 min after artifical abortion operation,and those in the control group received conventional nursing.The numerical rating scale(NRS)scores after abortion,postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,NRS scores at 30,60 and 90 min after operation in the study group were significantly lower(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was significantly lower and the satisfaction of patients was higher in the study group than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint hot compression is effective in relieving the pain for missed miscarriage patients after artificial abortion operation with lower postoperative adverse reactions and higher patients satisfaction,which deserves clinical promotion.
