摘　　要：通过梳理归纳《肘后备急方》中的推拿相关内容,从治法、手法及应用等方面探析学术特点,总结出其具有善用膏摩、药物丰富、手法多元、刚柔并济,应用广泛、善治急症的特点。旨在通过研究古文献指导临床实践,为传承古籍精华和提高推拿临床水平提供思路与方法,此举具有重要的理论和实践意义。In this paper,we summarize the Tuina content in the"Zhouhou Beiji Fang"and explain its contribution to Tuina in terms of treatmentmethods,techniques and applications,and conclude that it is characterized by its good use of creams,abundant drugs,diversified techniques,rigidityand flexibility,and wide application and good treatment of acute diseases.It aims to guide clinical practice through the study of ancient literature,providingideas and methods for passing on the essence of ancient texts and improving the clinical level of tuina,which is of great theoretical and practicalsignificance.
