余德钊清热化湿法论治小儿慢性胃炎

摘　　要：小儿慢性胃炎为临床常见病症,余德钊教授临证多年,认为小儿慢性胃炎多与不良饮食习惯损伤脾胃有关,饮食积滞气机不畅,脾胃易使水聚化湿,湿郁久化热更加影响脾胃运化水谷精微的功能,进一步影响小儿生长发育,同时免疫力低下更容易感受外来六淫邪气。因此,余德钊教授治疗小儿慢性胃炎尤重清热化湿之法,方以苏神汤、甘露消毒丹化裁,药性平和兼顾胃气,既能清脾胃湿热,又能调畅气机以助脾胃升清降浊之效;临床随证加减治疗小儿慢性胃炎,疗效显著。Chronic gastritis in children is a common clinical disease.Based on the clinical practice for years,Professor Yu Dezhao stressed thatchronic gastritis in children is related to spleen and stomach damage caused by bad dietary habit.When diet stagnation leads to the obstructed Qi,spleen fails to digest and absorb results internal stagnation of fluid-dampness easily,and long time depression transforms into heat,which affectedthe function of spleen and stomach to transport water and grain well.Thus affecting the growth and development of children,as well as being exposedto six excesses easier due to low immunity.Therefore,Professor Yu De-zhao emphasized the method of removing heat and dampness in thetreatment of chronic gastritis in children.With Sushen formula and Ganlu Xiaodu Dan,the selected medicine is mild in nature,and it does not damagethe stomach qi,which can clear the dampness and heat of the spleen and stomach,while restore the rise and fall of Qi to help the spleen to upbearthe clear and stomach to downbear the turbid.Professor Yu Dezhao modified the medicine with the symptoms of chronic gastritis in children.The curativeeffect is remarkable in clinical observation.
