体外冲击波联合小针刀治疗鹅足滑囊炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察体外冲击波联合小针刀治疗鹅足滑囊炎的疗效。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月体外冲击波配合小针刀治疗鹅足滑囊炎患者94例,其中男43例,女51例,年龄52~75(59.82±9.92)岁。采用MPQ评分表、MBI评分表和Lysholm评分表分别评价治疗前后疼痛、生活质量及膝关节功能情况。结果经治疗后,治愈42例,显效28例,好转17例,无效7例,总有效率92.6%。治疗前后患者膝关节MPQ评分、MBI评分及Lysholm评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论体外冲击波联合小针刀治疗鹅足滑囊炎疗效良好,能有效缓解膝关节疼痛症状,改善功能活动,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of small needle knife combined extracorporeal shock wave on pes anserinus bursitis.Methods Ninety-four patients,including 43 males and 51 females,aged 52~75(59.82±9.92)years,with extracorporeal shock wave in combination with mini-needle knife for the treatment of pes anserinus bursitis were selected from December 2019 to December 2020.Before and after treatment,the patients were assessed with the McGill pain questionnaire(MPQ)score scale,modified Barthel index(MBI)score scale and Lysholm score scale to evaluate the pain,the quality of life and the knee function of the patients.Results After treatment,42 cases were cured,28 cases showed significant effect,17 cases improved,7 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 92.6%.MPQ score,MBI score and Lysholm score were compared between patients before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Small needle knife combined with extracorporeal shock wave has a significant effect on pes anserinus bursitis,which is suitable for further promotion and application in clinical work.
