急性带状疱疹神经痛患者服药依从性调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查急性带状疱疹神经痛患者服药依从性的现状,分析其影响因素。方法选取2021年10月至2022年7月急性带状疱疹神经痛出院带药患者187例,进行服药依从性现状调查,并分析其影响因素。结果多因素Logistic回归分析显示文化程度、病程、口服药种类、医护人员随访是急性带状疱疹神经痛患者服药依从性的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论急性带状疱疹神经痛患者服药依从性受多种因素影响,应制定综合措施提高患者服药依从性。Objective To understand the current situation of medication compliance in patients with acute herpes zoster neuralgia,and to analyze the influencing factors of medication compliance.Methods A total of 177 patients with acute herpes zoster neuralgia who were discharged from the pain department of our hospital from October 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.The general data questionnaire,Morisky drug compliance scale was used to investigate the current situation of medication compliance,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,course of disease,type of oral medication and medical staff follow-up were the main influencing factors of medication compliance in patients with acute herpetic neuralgia(P<0.05).Conclusion The medication compliance of patients with acute herpetic neuralgia is affected by many factors.Comprehensive measures should be taken to improve the medication compliance.
