摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定红药制剂中羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)的含量。方法采用ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26∶2∶72)作为流动相,流速0.8 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为403 nm。结果HSYA在0.0125~2.4914μg(r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.16%,RSD为1.58%。结论该方法操作简单,专属性强,重复性好,可作为红药制剂中HSYA的质量控制。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for determining the content of hydroxy safflower yellow A(HSYA)in Hongyao preparation.Methods The determination was performed on ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)and the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.7%phosphoric acid solution(72:26:2)with the flow rate of 0.8 ml/min.The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 403nm.Results HSYA had good linear relationship in the range of 0.0125-2.4914μg(r=1.0000).The average recovery of HSYA was 100.16%and RSD was 1.58%.Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation,strong speci-ficity and good repeatability.It is suitable for the quality control of HSYA in Hongyao preparation.
