摘 要:目的通过研究不同稀释液条件的检测灵敏度,建立血浆中铟测定的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)。方法将1 ml血浆用0.2%HNO_(3)-0.05%Triton X-100(体积分数)稀释液定容至10 ml,利用ICP-MS法测定血浆中的铟浓度。结果血浆样品在测定范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9994,检出限为0.0001μg/L,最低检出浓度为0.001μg/L。血浆中铟平均加标回收率为98.3%~108.0%,批内精密度为0.5%~4.5%,批间精密度为4.5%。对15名正常对照人群和15名某铟矿工人血浆样中的铟含量进行检测,结果显示正常人群血浆样中铟浓度平均值为0.026μg/L,铟接触工人血浆样中的铟浓度平均值为0.390μg/L。结论采用ICP-MS法直接稀释检测血浆中的铟,该方法检出限低,灵敏度高,精密度好,可用于血浆中铟浓度的测定。Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)for the determination of indium in plasma by studying the sensitivity of different diluents.Methods 1 ml plasma was filled to 10 ml with 0.2%HNO_(3)-0.05%Triton X-100(V/V)diluent,and the concentration of indium in plasma was determined by ICP-MS.Results The plasma samples had a good linear relationship in their reasonable range,with the correlation coefficient of 0.9994,with the detection limit of 0.0001μg/L,and the minimum detectable concentration of 0.001μg/L.The average spiked recoveries of indium in plasma were 98.3%-108.0%,the intra-batch precision was 0.5%-4.5%,and the inter-batch precision was 4.5%.The average concentration of indium in plasma samples of normal control population(n=15)was 0.026μg/L,and that of indium miners(n=15)was 0.390μg/L.Conclusion The ICP-MS can be used for the determina-tion of indium concentration in plasma through detecting indium in directly diluted plasma with low detection limit,high sensitivi-ty and good precision.
