摘　　要：发展新质生产力、推动产业转型升级对从业者的综合素养提出更高要求,在国家倡导文化育人的背景下,通过课程思政实现专业教学内容与地方食品文化的相融合,达到激发学生学习兴趣、涵养学生职业素养、增强文化自信、提升食品制作技能、增强家国情怀的目的,使学生坚定成长为地方食品技艺的接班人,为地方食品产业的高质量发展提供人才支撑。The development of new quality productivity and the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading require higher comprehensive literacy of practitioners.In the context of promoting cultural education in the country,the integration of professional teaching content with local food culture is achieved through ideological and political education courses,which can stimulate students’interest in learning,cultivate their professional qualities,enhance cultural confidence,enhance their food production skills,enhance their patriotism,and firmly grow into successors of local food skills,providing talent support for the high-quality development of the local food industry.
