摘　　要：大学生综合素质评定工作是高校对当代大学生做出客观公正评价的基础性工作,直接影响大学生的成长进步和高校发展。公正合理的评价方法对于牵引大学生成长、助力大学生就业、促进大学生发展具有不可替代的作用。本文针对当前高校大学生综合素质评定工作现状进行了研究,提出了一种基于层次分析和模糊综合评价的评定方法。该方法通过构建学生综合素质模型,将学生的各项能力素质和日常表现量化为体系指标,采用模糊评价方法进行等级评定,进而为大学生综合素质评定工作提供依据。The evaluation of college students’comprehensive quality is the basic work for colleges and universities to make objective and fair evaluation of contemporary college students,which directly affects the growth and progress of college students and the development of colleges and universities.A fair and reasonable evaluation method plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the growth of college students,helping college students’employment and promoting the development of college students.In this paper,the current situation of college students’comprehensive quality evaluation is studied,and an evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed.By constructing the students’comprehensive quality model,this method quantifies the students’various abilities and daily performance as the system indicators,and uses the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the grade,so as to provide the basis for the evaluation of the comprehensive quality of college students.
