摘　　要：中药在胆囊结石和胆囊炎治疗中有独特的作用。在众多中药配方中,胆宁片是典型代表之一。为充分发挥中药的优势,该共识结合中医理论与现代研究,阐述了胆宁片的药效、药理和安全性,总结了胆宁片在内镜保胆取石术(CGPC)中的应用方法和注意事项,提出了用药建议,为临床医生提供了切实可行的用药指导。Chinese materia medica plays a unique role in the treatment of gallstones and cholecystitis.Among the numerous Chinese materia medica formulations,Danning Tablets stand out as a typical representative.To fully leverage the advantages of Chinese materia medica,this consensus integrates traditional Chinese medical theory with modern research,elaborates on the efficacy,pharmacology,and safety of Danning tablets,summarizes their application methods and precautions before and after choledochoscopic gallbladder-preserving cholecystolithotomy(CGPC),and presents medication recommendations,providing practical guidance for clinicians.
