环境支持与乒乓球运动参与的关系:自我效能的中介与技术知识的调节作用

摘　　要：探究环境支持与乒乓球运动参与行为之间的关系,并探讨自我效能和技能知识在两者之间的中介和调节作用。采用便利抽样,以394名乒乓球爱好者为调查对象,使用自编量表对其进行问卷调查。结果显示:人际支持正向预测参与行为,自我效能在人际关系与参与行为的关系中起到了部分中介作用;信息支持正向预测参与行为,自我效能在信息支持与参与行为的关系中起到了完全中介作用;技能知识调节了中介模型的前半段路径。研究提示:目前大众乒乓球运动具备“强人际交往”“重技能知识”的特点,人际支持与自我效能的交互作用负向、间接影响乒乓球爱好者的参与行为。对于“乒乓球运动参与”,建议优化大众乒乓球比赛模式、创新竞赛管理系统,使参赛者能够找到水平相当的对手,进而激发其参与乒乓球运动的积极性。This study explores the relationship between environmental support and table tennis participation behavior,and examines the mediating and moderating effects of self-efficacy and knowledge of skills between the two.The method of convenience sampling was used to collect data from 394 table tennis fans through a self-designed questionnaire.The results show that interpersonal support positively predicts participation behavior,with selfefficacy partially mediating the relationship between interpersonal relationships and participation behavior.Information support also positively predicts participation behavior,with self-efficacy fully mediating the relationship.Knowledge of skills moderates the first half of the mediation model.The study suggests that mass table tennis is characterized by"strong interpersonal communication"and"emphasis on knowledge of skills."The interaction between interpersonal support and self-efficacy negatively and indirectly affects the participation behavior of table tennis enthusiasts.For"table tennis participation,"it is recommended to optimize the mass table tennis competition mode and innovate the competition management system to enable participants to find opponents of comparable levels,thereby stimulating their enthusiasm for participating in table tennis.
