摘 要:目的:分析莫西沙星联合抗结核药治疗耐药性肺结核的临床效果。方法:将2019年7月—2020年7月滨州市滨城区人民医院收治的60例耐药性肺结核患者以抽签法分为参照组和研究组,各30例。参照组给予常规抗结核药进行治疗,研究组给予抗结核药联合莫西沙星治疗。对比两组治疗效果、痰菌转阴率、免疫功能指标。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.019)。治疗6个月后,两组痰菌转阴率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12个月、18个月后,研究组痰菌转阴率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)上升,且研究组高于参照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:莫西沙星联合抗结核药治疗耐药性肺结核的临床效果显著,可以加快痰菌转阴,改善免疫功能。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of moxifloxacin combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to Binzhou City Bincheng District People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were divided into reference group and study group by drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional anti-tuberculosis drugs,and the study group was treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs and moxifloxacin.The treatment effect,sputum negative conversion rate and immune function index were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.019).After 6 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in the sputum negative conversion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 months and 18 months of treatment,the sputum negative conversion rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)increased in the two groups,and these indexes in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxifloxacin combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs has significant effects in the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis,and can accelerate sputum negative conversion and improve immune function.
