摘　　要：剖宫产术是产科领域的重要手术,是处理难产、急危重妊娠并发症的有效手段。但剖宫产术进腹时可能引起膀胱损伤,导致膀胱破裂,严重影响手术效果。该文对1例首次行剖宫产术发生膀胱破裂患者的诊治经过进行分析,以期为临床诊疗提供借鉴。Cesarean section is an important operation in the field of obstetrics,and is an effective means to handle dystocia and acute and critical ill pregnancy complications.However,abdomen entering operation during cesarean section may cause bladder injury and result in bladder rupture,which seriously affects the surgical effect.In this paper,the diagnosis and treatment process of one patient with bladder rupture during the first cesarean section is analyzed,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
