温阳化痰穴贴联合玉屏风颗粒治疗老年体虚感冒的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析温阳化痰穴贴联合玉屏风颗粒治疗老年体虚感冒的临床效果。方法:选择2019年1月—2022年12月北京市西城区陶然亭社区卫生服务中心收治的102例老年体虚感冒患者作为研究对象,按照电脑盲选法分成两组,各51例。对照组采用玉屏风颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用温阳化痰穴贴治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组鼻塞、流涕,发热、恶风寒,易疲劳,气短、乏力,出汗严重,平素畏风寒评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后生理职能、精神健康、社会功能、情感职能、总体健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:温阳化痰穴贴联合玉屏风颗粒治疗老年体虚感冒的临床效果显著,能减轻患者症状,提高生活水平及治疗满意度,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Wenyang Huatan acupoint plaster combined with Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of body deficiency colds in the elderly.Methods:One hundred and two cases of elderly patients with deficiency cold admitted to Beijing Xicheng District Taoranting Community Health Service Center from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of fifty-one cases each according to the computerized blind selection method.The control group was treated with Yupingfeng granules,and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Huatan acupoint plaster on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the observation group had nasal congestion,runny nose,fever,malignant wind-cold,easy fatigue,shortness of breath,fatigue,severe sweating,and plain fear of wind-cold scores lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had higher satisfaction with treatment than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the observation group's scores of physiological functioning,mental health,social functioning,emotional functioning,and general health were higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the difference was no significant between the two groups in terms of the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Wenyang Huatan acupoint plaster combined with Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of elderly deficiency cold is remarkable,which can reduce the symptoms of patients,improve the standard of living and treatment satisfaction,and the safety is high.
