清喉利咽颗粒联合金嗓散结丸治疗声带息肉术后发声障碍患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析清喉利咽颗粒联合金嗓散结丸治疗声带息肉术后发声障碍患者的临床效果。方法:选取高台县中医医院耳鼻喉科收治的声带息肉术后发声障碍患者(研究时间为2022年1月—2023年5月)90例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组实施常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施清喉利咽颗粒联合金嗓散结丸治疗。观察两组治疗效果、症状消失时间、中医症状积分、嗓音障碍指数。结果:和对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。和对照组比较,观察组声带充血、水肿消失时间和声嘶消失时间较短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组咳嗽、疼痛、异物感、干燥感积分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组嗓音障碍指数降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:声带息肉术后发声障碍患者清喉利咽颗粒联合金嗓散结丸治疗的临床效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,促进声音恢复。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Qinghou Liyan granules combined with Jinsang Sanjie pill in the treatment of patients with postoperative vocal disorders after vocal polyps.Methods:Ninety patients with postoperative vocal disorders of vocal fold polyps admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology of Zhangye Gaotai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(the study period was January 2022-May 2023)were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups of forty-five cases each by the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with conventional western medicines,and the observation group was treated with Qinghou Liyan granules combined with Jinsang Sanjie pill on the basis of the control group.Observe the treatment effect,symptom disappearance time,TCM symptom score and voice disorder index of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the disappearance time of vocal cord congestion and edema and the disappearance time of hoarseness in the observation group were shorter(P<0.05);after the treatment,the points of cough,pain,foreign body sensation and dryness in the two groups were lower,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the voice disorder index decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qinghou Liyan granules combined with Jinsang Sanjie pill in the treatment of patients with postoperative vocal disorders after vocal polyp surgery is remarkable,which can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and promote the recovery of voice.
