摘　　要：目的:探讨细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(CD147)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、微血管密度(MVD)在涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)中的表达及其影响因素。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月在甘肃医学院附属医院实施手术治疗的SACC患者66例作为研究对象,留取SACC组织和癌旁组织,比较SACC组织、癌旁组织CD147、MMP-2阳性率及MVD表达水平;分析SACC组织CD147、MMP-2阳性及MVD高表达的影响因素。结果:与癌旁组织比较,SACC组织中CD147、MMP-2阳性表达率及MVD水平更高(P<0.05)。TNM分期为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期,有神经侵犯,发生淋巴转移,组织学分型为腺管型是SACC组织CD147阳性、MMP-2阳性、MVD高表达的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:SACC组织中CD147、MMP-2阳性率高,MVD呈高表达,与组织学分型、TNM分期、神经侵犯情况、淋巴转移情况有关。Objective:To investigate the expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer(CD147),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and microvessel density(MVD)in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC)and its influencing factors.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,66 patients with SACC who underwent surgical treatment in Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College were selected as the study subjects.SACC tissues and para-cancerous tissues were retained.The positive rates of CD147 and MMP-2 and the expression levels of MVD in SACC tissues and para-cancerous tissues were compared.The influencing factors for CD147 positive,MMP-2 positive and MVD high expression in SACC tissues were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of CD147 and MMP-2 and the levels of MVD in SACC tissues were higher than those in para-cancerous tissues(P<0.05).TNM stage ofⅢandⅣ,nerve invasion,lymphatic metastasis,and histological type of glandular duct type were the independent risk factors for CD147 positive,MMP-2 positive and MVD high expression in SACC tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion:In SACC tissues,the positive rates of CD147 and MMP-2 are high,MVD is highly expressed.It is related to the histological type,TNM stage,nerve invasion and lymphatic metastasis.
