振幅整合脑电图在足月新生儿病理性黄疸脑损伤诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨振幅整合脑电图在足月新生儿病理性黄疸(PJON)脑损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月泗洪县第一人民医院收治的79例足月PJON患儿作为研究对象,患儿均接受振幅整合脑电图与脑干听觉诱发电位检查,以实验室检查及影像学检查结果为“金标准”,比较振幅整合脑电图检查、脑干听觉诱发电位检查诊断足月PJON脑损伤的效能。结果:实验室检查及影像学检查结果显示,79例足月PJON患儿中,确诊脑损伤10例。振幅整合脑电图诊断足月PJON脑损伤的灵敏度、特异度、准确率高于脑干听觉诱发电位,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:振幅整合脑电图检查诊断足月PJON脑损伤的灵敏度、特异度与准确率较高,能为临床诊治提供依据。Objective:To explore the application value of amplitude-integrated electroencephalography in the diagnosis of pathological jaundice(PJON)brain injury in full-term newborns.Methods:A total of 79 full-term newborns with PJON admitted to Sihong First People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All newborns underwent amplitude-integrated electroencephalography and brainstem auditory evoked potential examination.The laboratory examination and imaging examination results were used as the"gold standard"to compare the efficiency of amplitude-integrated electroencephalography and brainstem auditory evoked potential examination in the diagnosis of full-term PJON brain injury.Results:Laboratory examination and imaging examination results showed that,among the 79 full-term PJON newborns,10 cases had a confirmed diagnosis of brain injury.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of amplitude-integrated electroencephalography in the diagnosis of full-term PJON brain injury were higher than those of brainstem auditory evoked potentials,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amplitude-integrated electroencephalography has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of full-term PJON brain injury,and can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
