摘  要:目的:探讨振幅整合脑电图在足月新生儿病理性黄疸(PJON)脑损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月泗洪县第一人民医院收治的79例足月PJON患儿作为研究对象,患儿均接受振幅整合脑电图与脑干听觉诱发电位检查,以实验室检查及影像学检查结果为“金标准”,比较振幅整合脑电图检查、脑干听觉诱发电位检查诊断足月PJON脑损伤的效能。结果:实验室检查及影像学检查结果显示,79例足月PJON患儿中,确诊脑损伤10例。振幅整合脑电图诊断足月PJON脑损伤的灵敏度、特异度、准确率高于脑干听觉诱发电位,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:振幅整合脑电图检查诊断足月PJON脑损伤的灵敏度、特异度与准确率较高,能为临床诊治提供依据。Objective:To explore the application value of amplitude-integrated electroencephalography in the diagnosis of pathological jaundice(PJON)brain injury in full-term newborns.Methods:A total of 79 full-term newborns with PJON admitted to Sihong First People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All newborns underwent amplitude-integrated electroencephalography and brainstem auditory evoked potential examination.The laboratory examination and imaging examination results were used as the"gold standard"to compare the efficiency of amplitude-integrated electroencephalography and brainstem auditory evoked potential examination in the diagnosis of full-term PJON brain injury.Results:Laboratory examination and imaging examination results showed that,among the 79 full-term PJON newborns,10 cases had a confirmed diagnosis of brain injury.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of amplitude-integrated electroencephalography in the diagnosis of full-term PJON brain injury were higher than those of brainstem auditory evoked potentials,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amplitude-integrated electroencephalography has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of full-term PJON brain injury,and can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
