预见性护理干预在急诊严重创伤性失血性休克患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析预见性护理干预在急诊严重创伤性失血性休克患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年2月—2023年11月就诊于新沂市人民医院的严重创伤性失血性休克患者60例作为研究对象,通过抽签法实施分组,对照组(n=30)开展常规护理干预,试验组(n=30)在对照组基础上施以预见性护理干预。对比两组护理效果。结果:与对照组相比,试验组休克恢复情况更佳(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组家属护理满意度更高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组物质状态功能、心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理干预在急诊严重创伤性失血性休克患者中的应用效果良好,有利于患者恢复、并发症减少、生活质量提升,并能够提高家属护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing intervention in emergency patients with severe trau-matic hemorrhagic shock.Methods:Sixty patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital from February 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into groups by drawing lots.The con-trol group(n=30)received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group(n=30)received predictive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the recovery from shock was better in the experimental group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complica-tions in the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of family members with nurs-ing in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of material state function,psycho-logical function,physical function and social function in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of predictive nursing intervention in emergency patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock has good effect,and is conducive to the recovery of patients,reduce complications,improve quality of life,and enhance satisfaction of family members with nursing.
