摘　　要：目的:分析配制漱口液在肝癌靶向治疗后口腔黏膜炎患者中的应用效果。方法:将2021年8月—2023年3月福州市第二总医院收治的62例肝癌靶向治疗后口腔黏膜炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各31例。两组均给予常规干预,对照组采用生理盐水漱口,观察组采用配制漱口液漱口。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预3、5、7d后,两组疼痛评分下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组饮食恢复正常时间短于对照组,干预满意度、依从性高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感功能评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:配制漱口液在肝癌靶向治疗后口腔黏膜炎患者中的应用效果较好,可减轻疼痛,促进患者恢复饮食,改善患者负性情绪,提高满意度、依从性、生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of prepared gargle solution in patients with oral mucositis after targeted therapy of liver cancer.Methods:A total of 62 patients with oral mucositis after targeted therapy of liver cancer who were admitted to Fuzhou Second General Hospital from August 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group using random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional interventions,the control group adopted physiological saline for gargle,while the observation group adopted prepared gargle solution for gargle.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After 3 d,5 d and 7 d of intervention,the pain scores in the two groups decreased,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of returning to normal diet in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the intervention satisfaction and compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological function,physical pain,social function and emotional function in the two groups increased,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of prepared gargle solution in patients with oral mucositis after targeted therapy of liver cancer has good effects,and can relieve pain,promote patients'recovery of diet,improve patients'negative emotions,and improve satisfaction,compliance and quality of life.
