处方点评及病历用药医嘱点评模式对医院合理用药的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨处方点评及病历用药医嘱点评相结合模式对于医院合理用药的影响。方法:随机抽取2021年5月—2022年4月清徐县中医院的处方及病历800份作为对照组(仅实施处方点评),抽取2022年5月—2023年4月的处方及病历800份作为观察组(实施处方点评及病历用药医嘱点评)。分析两组处方及临床合理用药情况。结果:观察组用药种类、处方金额、注射药物比例、抗菌药物比例低于对照组,配药时间、基础药物比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的不规范处方、不适宜处方、超常处方的发生率及不合理用药总发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在处方点评及病历用药医嘱点评结合的模式下,患者的用药质量得到了加强,不合理用药、不必要用药等情况的发生率有明显降低,在促进临床合理用药方面起到了积极作用。Objective:To explore the influence of combination model of prescription review and medical record medication order review on rational drug use in hospitals.Methods:Eight hundred prescriptions and medical records of Qingxu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to April 2022 were randomly selected as the control group(only prescription comments were implemented).Eight hundred prescriptions and medical records from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group(the mode of prescription review and medical record medication order review was implemented).The prescription and clinical rational drug use of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The types of drugs,prescription amount,proportion of injected drugs and proportion of antibiotics in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the proportion of dispensing time and basic drugs in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the incidence of irregular prescription,inappropriate prescription,abnormal prescription and irrational drug use in observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the mode of combination of prescription review and medical record medication order review,the drug quality of patients in this hospital has been strengthened,and the incidence of irrational drug use and unnecessary drug use has been significantly reduced,which has played a positive role in promoting clinical rational drug use.
